Lengthy wait time from interview to hire date, amounting to a sudden request to start earlier than stated. Proved to be similar experience after actually working there - mixed information, indecision and often back peddling.
Its your standard interview process. Fill out application, if they like what they see they'll contact you (they tell you it will take months, but it was only a few days). You're then asked to answer a questionnaire and introduce yourself. Next is mock coaching and interview. Waiting for response.

Very easy . Just a video of a mock coaching session, an interview with a coach, followed by a practice coaching session, and then another interview with I think the hiring manager.
