I went through 4 interviews that encompassed a lot of what others had posted. It was an assessment, a short video, a mock coaching session, and then a 1 on 1 Zoom video. In the mock they made sure that the client was very difficult to work with, and try to challenge you with each response. It wasn't hard, but it did take the full 45 minutes. Make sure you look at motivational interviewing because that is all that they are looking for. They make sure to get you to interview quick because there are "so many applicants". I was not offered a position, and in the email they said they just didn't have time to tell me why so don't reach out. To add, the person who interviewed me 1 on 1 was very casual, and video conferenced me in a hoodie. So I think it lacks some professionalism here. I agree with others that I believe they are just using the interview process to gain automated bot responses to eventually wipe out the human aspect of the virtual coaching position. There were some other red flags thrown out while in this process so make sure to do your research.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
