I absolutely LOVED the interview process that Noom used. Initially, I filled out a form that really demonstrated the personality of the company (so I knew it was a great fit) and then submitted a video introducing myself. I then had a simulation to complete, and finally, a face to face interview. Very thorough process that was a lot of fun.
