First interview via Zoom to tell about myself, my expectations and to get more information about Noom and the position. Second step in process was a mock coaching for 45 minutes the following day. Tricky but super fair and fun. Last step was another interview via Zoom with a member of the coach leadership team about 2 weeks later. Very nice conversation about the company, myself, job position. Salary and detailed job offer was told the following day at the closing call with HR. Overall very fair, friendly and welcoming interview process, time frame (3 weeks) could have been a bit shorter.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
