After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entretien
The entire interview process took about a total of 2-3 weeks. The first part of the interview process was a questionnaire about yourself and then a 1-minute video on why you would be a good fit for the Virtual Health Coach position. The second portion was a zoom call with one of the coaches which was about 3 minutes long and then we jumped into a mock coaching session through a google document. Lastly, wrapping up the interview process was a final interview through Zoom.

What makes you a good fit for the Virtual Health Coach position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
