Entretien
Interview process took a few weeks with the holidays around the same time. Everyone seemed super nice and the process was fairly easy. The mock coaching was a good process to go through since we may have clients that are similar. All in all, easy interview and process to go through.
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
