After filling out the application online I received an email asking to fill out a response questionnaire stating how I would respond to different example scenarios, and then submit a 1 minute video of who I was and why I would be a good fit the for the job. I then received an email with a time scheduled to meet with a coach via video chat. Spoke with her a few minutes and then did about an hour’s worth of mock-coaching on the app. Within an hour I had an email with another scheduled video chat as part 2 of the interview. She went over a scenario of a client and I discussed my thoughts and actions of how I would handle said client. After that I was asked to submit my availability for the next couple of days to schedule a follow up “final interview”. This slowed the process down a bit, waited from Thursday until the following Monday. On Monday I had my final interview where I spoke with a woman regarding salary, benefits, etc. she said because things had been so busy (hiring multiple people I assume) I would receive an offer letter by Thursday. I had to reach out and kind of bug them about the offer letter but by the end of the night Friday I received the offer letter and my start date. Overall the process was good. Other than the wait time for my offer letter I was very pleased. Everyone I spoke with was great and seemed to love their job. Excited for the opportunity!

Question 1
How do you feel about working completely from home?
This was a multi-step application/interview process, including application, recorded video introduction, mock coaching session and Zoom interview, all completed within a week and a half. The mock coaching session focused on delivering Motivational Interviewing skills with a hypothetical client. The Zoom interview focused on questions about past work/life experiences - "When was a time that you received constructive criticism and had to incorporate the feedback into your work?"
*Please note - all correspondence from Noom came into my inbox except for the offer itself, which was filtered into my Promotions folder.

The process was straightforward and moved pretty quickly. I knew what to expect. I was informed there weren't any positions and that I would be put on a waitlist. I successfully passed the interview process, but was placed on the waitlist.

As mentioned in other reviews, I too, submitted an online application. Once the talent team reviewed it I was invited to take the clinical assessment which consisted of 6 scenarios ranging from balancing stress to a sick child in the hospital. The assessment was timed. 20 minutes to complete. I finished in about 12 minutes and used the remaining time to add to my answers for a couple of the scenarios. Immediately after the assessment I was instructed to upload a 1 minute video answering a question in reference to being a good coach. The next step in the mock interview. I have read that motivational interviewing techniques, OARS communicative skills, and SMART goals should be utilized. My mock interview is tomorrow morning at 8.
