It took a while to get through the system, they hire as needed and it's a growing company so don't fret if you don't get in the first go around. It took me about 6 weeks to make it through the process.
3 main steps: Online application, after a week or two you'll get an email about filling out a survey and answering some basic questions from a mock coaching session. After passing that you'll go into the final portion of an hour long mock coaching session and brief post session interview.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
