The interview consisted of three phases. First, an initial phone call interview to know more about yourself. The second interview was a mock coaching to get familiar with your coaching style. The final phase was a video call in which you were presented with some scenarios.

POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
