Entretien
Round 1:
I applied via LinkedIn and got a call from the recruiter.
The recruiter said over the call that they don't ghost people. The man repeated it twice lol. They also went on to say that how they are better than other companies in terms of NOT GHOSTING! Moving on..
Round 2:
I was able to talk to the manager about my experience and the overall expectations from the role.
Round 3:
Screen share SQL coding round with 4 questions (which I had answered very well)
The recruiter never got back. It's been 2 months at this point!
Phew! I think I dodged a bullet here.

Entretien
The interview process was pretty good.
First, there was a video assessment of basic behavioral questions.
Second was a phone call interview with HR mostly based on what interests me and of my eligibility for the internship. Also, asked if I had similar previous experience.
Third was a virtual interview consisting of a 10 min SQL assessment and more questions on my previous experiences and some of the 'tell me a time when' story questions.
All of the interviews were amazingly formed and everyone was encouraging.
