2:1. You should be prepare for some technical questions. What is divesture? How would do with synergy? Why Nomura? Why IB? How does one transaction affect three financial statements?
Straightforward and fun. I really enjoy it and enjoy talking with the team. Have learned a lot about the process and the firm. Ask basic questions like Tell me about yourself and then go thru some technical questions including accounting, valuation, dcf, comps, m&a and so on.
a 30min first round with a mix of behavioral and basic technicals, followed by a virtual 3 back-to-back 30min Superday with a mix of resume grills, behavioral, and basic technicals. Overall I had a positive experience.
first day was HR interview, second day was already superda.
superday involved interview with VP, two associates, and one analyst.
