Easy interview process. Initial phone call with a recruiter then a phone interview with the hiring manager that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked basic questions about experience and how I would handle certain situations that I would encounter in this role. I was not offered the role based off of "lack of relevant experience."

Question 1
How would I respond if a nurse called outside of traditional hours with an emergency.
Had a phone screening and was told that a link would be sent to schedule a zoom interview by the end of the day. Two days later I had to be the one to reach out and ask for an update to which a generic scheduling link was sent to me. A few days later an interview was confirmed. I showed up to the zoom interview and the hiring manager was a no-show. An hour later I got an email saying that the role had already been filled and that they "forgot" to notifying all pending candidates that their interviews were cancelled.

Entretien
I was reached out to via email, where I was asked if I would be available for a phone call. Once I completed the phone call, I was notified that I was selected to move forward to a second interview. The second interview was a zoom interview. The interviewer was really nice and the questions weren't too bad. I thought I did well and would be moving on to the third interview based on the comments during the interview but then I didn't hear back. After some time I reached out to get an update but have not received a response. So basically I was ghosted. I feel if they filled the role, the least they could do was update me. It's a bit unprofessional.
