Hiring begins with submission of resume with a cover letter to the company through the various schools they promote through or directly to careers@ntgfreight.com. Then, if they like your resume you will set up a time for a phone interview. If all progresses from there, you are then brought in for an interview with first someone you would be working with and then a manager. They typically follow up quickly with an offer or even on the spot.
