Most of the people get recruited through Staffing Agencies. Major criteria for any opening would be telecom knowledge.
But 80% of the profiles comes based on technology and with little telecom domain knowledge
Interviewers will try to evaluate the candidates profile and whether they had hands-on experience or not. Few logical queries will be asked based on their experience.
Confidence on the module will be counted. Interpersonal skills will be evaluated. Big plus will be given for the people who seems to be a team-player with real professional attitude.

How will you communicate with one who has lot of attitude problem
They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.

Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call

highly competitive, were looking for one to two people only out of a large unspecified pool. Other than that, the people there were nice for the most part so take it easy.
