The process takes three stages. Like any other enterprise, the first stage is the resume review. Once your profile is picked, the second stage will start. It depends on the candidate, it can be one interview or multiple until the manager is convinced. Upon his confirmation, the candidate will have an HR interview.

FIrst contact to the company was through my professional networking. HR called me and arranged a phone interview with my Line Manager and then a personal interview with HR at the local office. The process was stratight-forward, direct questions about past experience and soft skills.
