Long and drawn out. Some translation issues. Not entirely sure they knew what they were looking for. Very nice and welcoming panel. Onboarding was very complex and difficult to operate

I met with the project manager during a hiring event. The hiring manager was very informative and friendly. I was offered a position very quickly and the process was clear and well communicated,

Do you know about us? How long have you work in this industry?
No technical questions were asked during the interview.
The only time in my professional career where the interviewer didn't turn their camera on and also turned up late for the interview session on teams.
The interviewer asked for a ticket which wasn't even mentioned in the job ad. Lastly, The interview was arranged through a recruitment agency and the interviewer didn't even bother to provide an update after a month.
