An Objective test to shortlist the candidates out of a total of 70. Group Discussion to shortlist the candidates further to 30. A Personal/Technical Interview to as the final round. Objective test was very simple and non-technical. Group Discussion as most of them, was based on current scenario. the Personal/Technical Interview was comprised mostly of the type of job i was about to get and what my previous experience had been.
