Interviews were thorough and with key employees that I would eventually go on to work with on a daily basis. Everyone was welcoming and interested in getting to know me.

How good are you with IT? Clarifying that the role would require some IT assistance experience.
Quick and to the point. I met with 3 or 4 people for one round for about 1 hour. The questions asked were not that difficult. I was asked about my background and quizzed on Nokia's history. I was offered the position shortly after.

fast, friendly, fast feedback from company side, detailed questions, recruitment process was focused on detailed questions on education and past duties. The recruiter also asked about plans for the future.
