The initial phone conversation with the HR recruiter went well; then I was sent a writing assignment. After reviewing my notes from the interview, I realized that going through 5 rounds of interviews was a bit too much especially for 1+ years of experience role. I feel like 3-4 rounds of interviews would suffice an entry-level role.
