The interview was a group interview. It's an unique concept that isn't used much, and actually one of the things I thought was pretty cool about the company. The first part of the interview was a short, informal introduction and question roundtable with the CEO, the "leaders" and the other candidates. I think it's a great way to gauge a candidate's confidence and ability to stand out amongst others. After, the interview opened up to a 'happy hour' where we all met and talked with existing employees. Again, pretty cool way to see if personality is a fit with co-workers. They seemed to phase this group interview setup out though after a few months of my being there and went back to preliminary phone interview, then one-on-one interviews with leadership.
