1) E-mail Survey - I e-mailed them my resume and portfolio and after about 2 weeks I got a survey. I knew surveys weren't uncommon but some of the questions were strange. 2) Phone Interview - Lasted less than 10 min, they asked me to tell them about myself; personal information. 3) In-Person Interview - I interviewed with the Art Director, and halfway through the two co-founders were pulled in. We looked through my portfolio and I was asked some questions I thought were unprofessional 4) NO TEST - I was never given a test of any kind. Overall, it felt like a series of curveballs, which I attributed to how young the company was.
