Standard asks you about your background. Goes over the job duties in depth. Asks questions that relate to the job and how you handle things on your plate. Tells you about the future in the position. Makes sure you are ok with the relocation. The interviewer is nice however very bold and blunt. The recruiter is not the nicest person. It starts with a phone call if the recruiter likes your resume which is about 30 minutes. Then if you move to the next round it is an interview with a higher up. Unfortunately, I did not get past this stage however if you did you would be interviewing with a panel. Then an offer would usually be made unless they have questions on anything in which case they would call you back for a final interview.
