interview process was in 4 phases:
online MCQs round
(60 aptitude questions in 60 minutes)
second round for selected students, 3 programming questions in 60 minutes
third was technical and fourth HR round
i had 3 technical rounds, few candidates were selected just in 2 tech rounds

A techical round followed by hr round was the procedure. They give more importance to communication skills.
