Had to fill out an online application then do a situational awareness test where I had to rank skills in importance across a pyramid, then had a video interview. The video interview had two questions, one asking to describe myself, the other about a problem in the automotive industry.

Entretien
online test, then online interview recording then an invitation to the assessment centre. Once there we had two group exercises to, redesign a factory layout and rank jobs in order of importance. we then pitched a pre-prepared presentation then had a competency-based interview.
