Phone screen first round. Second round panel zoom interview. I did not receive any follow up communication after the second round. Very laid back conversations both times. It seemed they were rather desperate for the extra support, but no recruiting help was hired to fill the role. No offer was made, I don't think I would have accepted one if there was. It felt like they were struggling to tread water as is.
