Interview process was very short. Met with both owners and we talked extensively about their needs and where I could help. They decided they would do a second set of interviews and I was scheduled to come back in. I met with all of the technicians and talked to them about what they needed in administrative support.

Quick and casual. We just spoke very informally about their current needs and how I could be of any value. I enjoyed all the questions and answers we had for each other and I left the interview feeling like I really understood the company.
