There wasn't much of a process. A recruiter from NielsenIQ reached out to me (unprompted) to see about my interest in a role with NIQ. I responded positively and then we set up a time for a Zoom call a few weeks out. The call was set up for last Tuesday, August 22. I got on the Zoom call and the recruiter never showed up. This person just completely blew me off. I sat on the Zoom call for 30 minutes twiddling my thumbs waiting for this person to show up and she never did. Do better NielsenIQ.

Hiring manager made a connection through linkedin and set up a meeting and offered a APAC regional role. After 2 meetings and after bring told that I'll be informed in a week, they won't reply to my emails.
Im yet to receive a reply or feedback from them.
This happened in 2020 as well, the HR guy won't communicate with prospect candidates.
Being an agency which collects feedback on consumer and experience with brands, they do not measure up with their own processes.

Met with recruiter and it went great; she wanted me to meet the hiring manager. I shared at the end I was pregnant and that’s when things changed. When I met with the hiring manager you could tell she was going through the motions. Asked me two questions. Then I never heard from anyone again. My application in their portal also disappeared. It was like they wanted no record of interviewing me so I couldn’t come after them for pregnancy discrimination—which is exactly what happened.
