I had a phone interview the first time because I lived in Southern California then I was called back and asked for an in person interview and was flown up to to the Marin County office and had an interview with the hiring partner then they coordinated an interview with the managing partner when he was in southern California on a business trip everybody was great it was an excellent experience.

Lots of questions about my academic background and my political and Campaign experience. Great back-and-forth with every partner about how the firm operates and their different areas of focus and how the job I was interviewing for plays a role within the firm as a whole.
