I had to complete an Analytical Assessment test. It was timed and very difficult. only 3 minutes per question. Long word problems that took about a minute to understand. Some basic profit, accounting type questions. Other IQ type questions.

I had one interview with the main recruiter. All of her questions were behaviour type questions. Some questions were: What would your managers say about you? What are your strengths, weaknesses, etc.
A recruiter started with a quick phone chat to get to know ,e better. Asked about my background, experience, and why I'm interested in the role. Got a few behavioral questions to see if my values aligned with Nielsen’s culture.

An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.

It very easy. Basic question are asked. They ask what did I work as in previous company and how I can contribute to current role. Ask why I want to join the company.
