Applied online. I was first contacted by their recruitment team who gave more information about the role and asked behavioural questions/background check. Afterwards, I took a general ability and statistics test at Nielsen, then after feedback, got an interview with the hiring manager.

First stage was online application. If successful, you complete a motivational/behavioural phone interview. The next stage were 2 quizzes on-site (statistical/mathematical tests) and finally a 1-on-1 interview with hiring manager.
