There are 4 steps interviews including the first round with phone recruiting with HR then invited to do the numerical test. The test including 10 numerical questions about profit-loss, market share, percentage, Venn diagram, etc. and 2 essays including new products launching (BASES), and effectiveness of the advertising channel. It tooks about a week after they will report your test result. The next step is inviting you to do the business case and behavior and working style Interview with the department manager.

An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.

It very easy. Basic question are asked. They ask what did I work as in previous company and how I can contribute to current role. Ask why I want to join the company.
