Interview with HR and line manager, in very positive atmosphere and office walk.
Took about 1 hour, discussion was built as dialogue, first questions fom employer and then employer was replying on my questions related to the job description and company at all.

Absolutely slow and disrespectful, 3 steps took more than 3 months, with zero to slow communication and broken promises and words. The HR there is horrible and very unresponsive including the recruiters, I have no idea how they got hired.

The process was short - it took no more than 2 weeks to receive a final decision on the application. A couple of online tests and a panel interview were part of the process.
