In-Person Interview
Went through 5 rounds for an entry-level position. I could tell by the managers choice of words during the in-person interview & body language that they he already made up his mind about 5 minutes into it.
Nail on the coffin was when I was told that I am competing with an internal candidate. So immediately I thought this is all an HR technicality where they have to interview external candidates.
During the in-person interview, I unexpectedly walked into a SQL Test. Which is fine but would’ve been nice to be informed that I may be tested. I did well on it.
Be prepared for a lot of role playing questions!
Ultimately , I received an email a few hours later stating that they dedicated on another candidate (As I expected).
Definitely and interesting experience, never been through 5 rounds, especially for a consulting role. Felt like all the management staff really liked me & would’ve loved to add me to their team but remember, they already made up their minds before I even walked into the interview.
Give external candidates a chance !

An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.

It very easy. Basic question are asked. They ask what did I work as in previous company and how I can contribute to current role. Ask why I want to join the company.
