Very positive interview experience: by the end I was sure I wanted to join Nice Pak Products. The process started with a phone screen with the Senior Manager of Talent that was very pleasant and informative. The culture of the company spoke volumes during this call. Nice Pak prides on its positive culture & values and it is evident during the interview process. They are very employee focused, and teamwork driven. Following the phone screen, there was a series of video group meetings with key employees, HR and manager the role reported to with a final on-site meeting with Chief Human Resource Officer. At every level the positive culture was evident. After being here for 6 months, I can say that culture is real and true. It's a wonderful place to work.
