Interviews conducted via zoom. Started with offer of an "optional" interview with recruiter, followed by interview with hiring manager. If passed interview with hiring manager moved on to interview with panel.

Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me and asked if I was interested in the role. We then had a 30-minute phone call. Oddly enough, I was asked why I was interested in the company (despite not having even applied to the role myself...) and then was rejected via automatic reply.
All in all, it was a strange experience.
In the interview, there is a detailed introduction to the benefits and job content. a nice attitude and a Friendly interview process.
The supervisor's expressive ability is clear, and the company's future development is diversified
