Entretien
I made it through 2 rounds - Take Home Technical and Zoom Technical Interview. Afterwards, I was rejected via automated message and not provided any feedback when asked. The following rounds would have been a virtual on-site interview and executive interview.
All in all, not a bad experience. I needed more time to complete the take home assignment due to personal reasons and they were accommodating. I just wished they didn't reject me in a cold manner after speaking with me for almost 2 weeks.

I was presented with a case study and then asked to answer three follow-up questions. In addition to that, I was asked questions about my resume and presented with 2 SQL questions.

It was the same as other people. Take Home Assignment, Technical Interview.
The worst part about the company is even though you give a good interview they will reject you and won't provide feedback which is the saddest part, like at least let the interviewee know why you reject them instead of just sending them a generic rejection email. A highly unprofessional hiring team.

Entretien
The process was good but unnecessarily lengthy.
First Round: they will send a direct data challenge on pokemon data to prepare a presentation.
Second Round: Then there will a presentation to shown to new joinees (interviewers). They will ask a few easy rank based SQL questions.
Third Round: Super day with 4 interviews about product sense, SQL, Resume go through, and again product elated questions.
If you pass then there will be a final round with VP (which i didnt get) again for a fit i guess.
The people interviewing are really good and are very helpful if you get stuck anywhere.
However, the HR shouldnt waste time by rejecting candidates on call. If you dont want the candidates to feel bad, atleast provide a feedback to them if you are so much into calling. This is just not the way! Hr also wasnt clear on exactly what to expect for the candidates.
PS: they will ask for what you are interested in- product analytics, data engineering, modeling. So do clear out what the role actually will be.

Basic SQL questions about ranking, retention rate, joining tables. There is SQL in the screen round after data challenge and then harder level during the super day.
