The interview took about a month or so since I was told there were a number of applicants as well as multiple rounds of interviews (3). First was with the Analyst, second was a panel with the team, and final was with the Controller. The HR/Talent Acquisition Partner was very helpful and managed to answer all my questions and concerns. Also very accommodating! Each interviewer introduced and talked about their backgrounds and roles within the company so the conversation flowed easily as if I were speaking with friends and peers. No spit-firing of questions like I was on a hot seat. No feelings of intimidation or any of the common anxiety issues that come normally with interviews. Overall a great experience.
