Applied through their site around August, heard back from a recruiter in September, and hear a final decision in October. The interview process was pretty simple and straight forward. I had two separate interviews on the same day. One was with two leads of the AR group and the second one was with supervisor of the AR group. Interview process was about an hour and half. I had no initial phone interview with HR. Questions were simple. It seems like they want to know you as a person and what type of worker you will be. The atmosphere during the interview process was a little relaxed, which is good. Everyone I met with was very kind. My minor issue is that the internal recruiters did not reply back to email, but that is somewhat expected for a large company. Overall it was a great experience and seems like a good company to work for.
