I applied online for the full stack developer role. It took 28 days to take overall interview rounds : 1. Online test (Duration : 2.5 hours) 2. Telephonic round (Duration : 1 hour) 3. Face to face technical discussion (Duration : 1.5 hours) 4. VP round (Duration: 1 hour) After clearing 4 rounds of interview, they processed my profile with all required documents. Also I informed about my position but again they called me for one more interview. They asked about my expectations and simply declined my candidature without giving any proper reason. It's my humble request to NICE recruitment team to work on their pathetic interview process , because in future I won't recommend anyone to waste time on organization like this, who doesn't value any person's valuable time and efforts.
