The hiring process consists of multiple phone interviews, a numeracy test, and an on-site interview. Applicants will first be contacted by corporate recruiter / hr to schedule initial phone interview followed by a simple numeracy test (similar/identical examples easily found online), followed by an interview with hiring manager.
