Phone screen with the recruiter, 30min pdf math test with no instructions on how to complete the test, phone interview with the hiring manager, in-person 2-hour interview with colleagues. Didn't hear back from anyone within the company until 3 weeks after the final interview - only received a generic rejection email. In total, the entire process took 2 months. During that time, following up with the recruiter was extremely difficult. Normally would not receive a response to an email for 5 days (even when the recruiter said she would reply tomorrow). The people I would've worked with were lovely - the in company recruiter... worst recruiter I've ever worked with.
