HR reached out via email to schedule a phone call then missed the phone call. They then got back in contact a couple hours later asking to reschedule for another day which should've been a red flag right then and there. I had two phone interviews one with HR and one with the hiring manager who then asked to meet with me in person. I interviewed with 3 people and they all went really well. They never called me even after they stated that they would let me know either way. I sent two follow up emails and never heard back either.
