I got a call from a recruiting agency and then was scheduled for F2F interview on a Sunday @ 2 PM . I reached their office @1:30 PM and then was asked to fill out a form -details on education and past work experience. The interview did not start until 2:30 pm ,the HR rep informed me the interview panel is busy having "Lunch" ..huh? Was this interview not scheduled? Finally the interview started at 3:30 PM. I was interviewed by a Manager from the US who is forming a new team for MPM and WFO application he just discussed my past experience and current job responsibilities after that I was interviewed by another India team manager who could not speak English well ,he did not even introduce himself to me ...he looked at my resume and asked me to write a SQL query.. I asked him what query should I write ...he said write anything I wrote a simple join and he did not even looked at what I wrote on that paper ..and goes on to dig into my resume..his communication skills with very poor and then he said the HR will call me for the feedback ...I got a call from the recruitment agency on Monday who said My feedback is "not positive" .What kind of feedback is this ? I wasted my time driving 2 hours back and forth to their phase 2 location
