The previous Senior PM did a decent job at the interview process. Recruiter contacted me, scheduled an interview with HR. HR sent an email to schedule an interview. Showed up at the office on a Friday afternoon and met with 2 PM's. It was a 2 hour long interview with the standard questions.

What are you expecting in terms of career growth here?
