There were three interviews: Interview with recruiter: quick conversation to introduce a position, understand my English level and if my skills fit the position. Technical interview with Nexton engineer: we talked about my accomplishments, my skills, how I am used to work, etc. I also had the chance to ask about the company from a technical perspective. Interview with client: 1: I had one that never happened. Client kept me waiting and then canceled the position. 2: this one was for another client. I was asked about my individual accomplishments and had the chance to ask about the client business. In the end, I invested a lot of time studying the clients and preparing and got no feedback at all.
