These people seems to be really full of themselves. They found my resume and reach out to me over email, scheduled pre-screening. So first question during pre-screening - why do you want to work for Nextech, which did you choose our company. That was rather frustrating, I never chose them, but I guess the recruiter has bot like intellect and strictly follows its parameters and scenario. Nextech is not Boston Dynamics, they don't make anything exciting to ask this sort of questions. And they like to lowball.
