Very disappointing experience. I was scheduled to speak with one of their recruiting team and the interview was confirmed. Their recruiter was supposed to call me on my mobile phone at 1:30 pm however he did not call me at all. I waited more than 10 minutes for his phone call and then emailed him at 1:40 pm PDT to see if he would be able to call me or should we reschedule the phone screen interview and I included a screenshot of the confirmed interview meeting invitation. The Interviewer from Next Door did not even bother to call me or email me to even try to apologize. This is by far the worst experience that I ever had and it is very unprofessional. I even reached out to him on his LinkedIn profile and I sent a message to him there regarding the phone screen interview but also got ignored and never heard back from him. NEXT Door this is NOT KIND and Unprofessional and yet very RUDE, Please do NOT waste people's time and be kinder and more considerate!!! Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Very Bad. The Talent Acquisition team member did not call me as per the confirmed phone screen interview meeting which was scheduled on 06/30/2022 at 1:30 pm PDT with their recruiting team member.
