First stage started with a telephone call, had a quick talk about my previous experience. They gave me home assignment which included sorting a CSV file with 103k entries into json, uploading it to 'Firebase Realtime Database', then using firebase show this data into order. I created the project on React with typescript + redux + redux saga, and styled it with material UI I completed and submitted and they sent me to the so called Third stage. Now the third stage included interview with 3 people. The first person who was take care of dev ops there asked me few questions about the project. Next came the CTO/CEO, with a very poor internet connection and line breaks in between, and worse there were 2 people sitting far away from the mic, very hard to hear. Now this CTO/CEO ask me about how good i am in designing UI. I am not UI designer, The job description clearly said, I will be interacting between their UI designer and Backend. There was neither a UI designer nor a Backend developer. They want to develop huge apps just using Firebase sdk and with a developer who has good UI designing skills.
