60 minute phone interview. Very easy, explained past experiences. Was asked basic questions regarding current cloud technologies and my experience using them. Overall the interview was very easy and straight forward.

I interviewed with 2 managers and it was bad. One of the managers was on his phone scrolling the whole time. They were IT managers and didn’t know anything about software development. Nextera needs to do a better job promoting the right people or have software developers doing the technical interviews.
