Applied online and then scheduled a phone interview about a week later. I hadn't heard back from them, so I followed up via email and was told I'd hear from them soon, but things were taking longer because of the holiday. I did not. Several weeks passed and I didn't hear anything so I automatically assumed I didn't get it. Finally got a generic, auto rejection email. PS - don't ask about the negative Glassdoor reviews. Apparently HR knew nothing about them - good job.
